We did a 15 day tour with Friendly Lanka Tours and with Kodi as our guide and driver. The whole experience was wonderful. While we did most of the planning, Roshan offered advice on the itinerary and hotels etc. Kodi is a lovely guide. We learnt so much about the country and his life, so we gained a deeper appreciation of Sri Lanka. He’s very knowledgeable in many areas. But he is also just a happy, easy going person and he was so fun to be with. We also felt very cared for with Kodi, he was always looking out for our best interests and ensuring we were safe and happy. I feel like we now have a friend in Sri Lanka. Great time and sightseeing on trip to Sigiriya, Kandi, Ella
We did a four day Tour starting in Colombo to Sigiriya, Kandy, Ella. We had a wonderful time with our tour guide Kodi: very safe driving, very friendly, fun, reliable and flexible. This was the best experience with a driver-guide. We were traveling 3 girls, so it was very important to choose the best one, we succeeded. We hired the services, through the reviews we read, and the truth is that we couldn't get it right, all communication until our arrival was via WhatsApp and the truth is, it was fabulous. Upon our arrival in Sri Lanka they were waiting for us at the airport to welcome us and begin our incredible trip. It has been a trip in which we have not had to worry about practically anything... since they make absolutely everything easier for you, adapting to your preferences. We made the entire trip in a modern, comfortable and air-conditioned van, which has made our adventure even better. Our driver and guide was Hamzee, a great person who does everything he can to make you feel even better. The best recommendations
Roshan is totally the best guide I can ever imagine. We just told what to focus on, how intensive it should be and tadadam it was the most impressive trip ever. Everything was planned perfectly, and he totally exceeded the expectations! We traveled for 12 days in Sri Lanka, and I believe Roshan is the person I would trust, and follow him with closed eyes! We spent 12 amazing days in beautiful Sri Lanka and Dino from Friendly Lanka Tours accompanied us on this memorable journey. Before reaching the country, Roshan helped me a lot with the itinerary and with the accommodations, and once arrived, Dino was a vital presence in our trip. He is an excellent driver, very attentive and cautious, which made the hours spent in the car very pleasant. On top of that, he has good knowledge of history, cultural and social facts which helped us better understand what we visited. But what particularly moved us was the humble kindness he showed. After one day of flights, we arrived very early in the morning in Sri Lanka and headed to Sigiriya, which is a long way. I couldn’t even move my eyes because of fatigue. Without asking this, Dino stopped at a coffee shop and brought me a coffee and a filled roti for breakfast. These small gestures count the most! As any regular tourist, of course, we forgot something at the 1st accommodation. 😊) But thanks to his kindness, we managed to recover it on the way. We also had some issues with some booked accommodations which didn’t look the same in reality, and Dino made some calls and drove us to see other options. Thumbs up for this agency and for Dino! We will always remember you!
